The proudly announces its participation in officially sanctioned NFL Super Bowl events in New Orleans, showcasing the university’s excellence in academics, athletics, and community engagement on a national stage.

“We are thrilled to have Âé¶¹´«Ã½ so deeply engaged in the Super Bowl’s official events,” Shields said. “From showcasing our agricultural excellence and nursing leadership to offering hands-on opportunities for our students and bringing the unmatched energy of the Human Jukebox, this is a moment of immense pride for our university and the entire Jaguar Nation. The has provided advisory services and connection to national and global organizations leading to strategic and transformational outcomes now and in the future.”

Highlighting Southern presence at the Super Bowl is the on Saturday, where the will provide its signature SUN Beef for use by the event’s lead chef in exclusive Super Bowl culinary creations. This initiative will include 12 Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students participating in an unparalleled experiential learning opportunity, gaining hands-on experience in food preparation and activation alongside corporate executives, NFL players, and renowned celebrity chefs.

Additionally, Âé¶¹´«Ã½ leadership will be prominently featured at the on Saturday. Among the distinguished guests invited are Dennis J. Shields, president of the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ System; John K. Pierre, chancellor of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ and A&M College; and James Ammons, chancellor of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ at New Orleans. They will join the CEO of the , Regional HBCU Presidents, and the Commissioner of the Louisiana Board of Regents. This gathering underscores Âé¶¹´«Ã½’s commitment to mental health advocacy and strategic partnerships that elevate HBCU engagement on a national level.

The will also take center stage at the breakfast, highlighting its commitment to diversifying the healthcare workforce with a special spotlight on its cohort of over 35 male nursing students. These students, along with key funders and the , will be recognized for their contributions to the field and their commitment to excellence in nursing education.

Capping off Âé¶¹´«Ã½’s presence at the Super Bowl, the world-renowned will take the field for the Big Game on Sunday, further solidifying Âé¶¹´«Ã½’s legacy of excellence and cultural impact in the realm of sports and entertainment.
